Leavenworth County Health Department COVID-19 Update

Today (03-25-2020) at 4:00 PM, the Leavenworth County Health Department (LCHD) reports the following:

Total Tested (County Health and Private)	118
Total tested by Leavenworth County Health Dept.	49
Negative results	39
Test that are pending	4
Positive results	6
Private lab tested	69
Negative results	54
Tests that are pending	9
Positive results	6
Total known positive results in Leavenworth County	12

“We are seeing an increase in the number of positive tested cases, as well as individuals that are reporting symptoms that match COVID19 disease. These numbers are only going to continue to increase if we don’t take the stay at home orders seriously. These orders only work if we follow them as a community,” Leavenworth County Public Health Officer, Jamie Miller.
